All Sales Final
All sales are final and cannot be returned. Due to the heavy and bulky nature of our products, along with the high costs of shipping and inspection, we are unable to accept returns. This policy allows us to provide you with the best prices and services possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales[at]thelittlebounce.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We can only accommodate exchanges if the damage affects the product itself, not just the shipping boxes. We test every product before packaging and take great care in packing them securely. However, logistics can be unpredictable, especially with large and heavy items like bounce houses.
Exchanges for Defective Items
We allow exchanges for defective items. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating an Exchange
To start an exchange, contact us at sales[at]thelittlebounce.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds
Since all sales are final, refunds are not available except in cases where an exchange for a defective item is not possible. In such cases, we will inform you of the next steps once we've received and inspected your item.
