Shipping Destinations: Our products are available for delivery across the USA and Canada, with most orders dispatched from the United States. Please note for international shipments, additional duties may be applicable.

Due to the heavy weight of our products, it's not uncommon for product packaging to sustain damage during delivery by shipping companies. Such packaging damage is beyond our control and is not eligible for compensation. However, we take extra precautions in packaging and wrapping our products to ensure they arrive in great working condition, even if the outer packaging shows signs of wear. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival and contact us if the product itself has sustained damage during transportation.
